RETURN POLICY

Return Policy for customers outside the EU

All sales out of the EU are final.


International customers outside of the EU are also responsible for all shipping charges related to returning or refusing a delivery and all shipping, duties and customs fees originally associated with receiving the order.


Transport damage

The shipment must be checked for damage upon receipt. If goods are delivered with transport damage, please report such errors immediately to the delivery person, take pictures and contact us as quickly as possible for a replacement of the damaged item.


Return Policy (only applies to customers in EU countries)

You may cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason by sending written notice (e.g., letter, email) or – if the goods are delivered to you before the end of this period – by returning the goods.

Custom-made items are excluded from this cancellation policy.

The cancellation period begins upon receipt of this notice in writing, but not before you have received the goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation notice or the goods before the deadline expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, both parties are obligated to return any goods or services received. If you are unable to return the received goods or services, or any benefits derived from them (e.g., advantages of use), either in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value thereof. You are only required to compensate us for deterioration of the goods or for any benefits derived from them if the deterioration or the benefits are due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning. "Ascertaining the nature, characteristics, and functioning" means testing and trying out the respective goods as is possible and customary in a retail store. As the buyer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. This period begins for you when you send your notice of withdrawal or return the goods, and for us when we receive them.

End of the Cancellation Policy

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, and for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
